I am Ismay; a baker, freelancer, painter, photographer and obsessed over food. I always loved everything that had to do with making food, but I especially loved eating it. My urge to make food only came to the foreground during the last 3 years.
I love to work with pastry and dough the most. You will see this back in my recipes, which will never include some store bought dough, because I think it is really worth the time and love you can put in your own home made doughs and pastry work. And also because you know, I like to slap that dough.
